Introducing Bulk Add: Quickly Import Multiple Tasks at Once

We're thrilled to announce a highly requested feature that will save you time and effort: Bulk Add for your todo lists!

What's New

The new Bulk Add feature allows you to:

1. Add Multiple Items Simultaneously: Paste in lines of text with each line becoming a separate todo item
2. Preserve Your Order: Items are added in the exact order they appear in your text
3. Skip Empty Lines: Blank lines are automatically ignored
4. Process Large Lists Easily: Import dozens or even hundreds of items at once

Why We Added This Feature

Many of you have told us that you often need to create lists from existing sources - whether that's copying from emails, notes apps, or documents. The previous process of adding items one-by-one was time-consuming and tedious.

Bulk Add transforms this workflow, making it possible to transfer task lists from any text source in seconds rather than minutes.

How to Use Bulk Add

Using the new feature is simple:

1. Navigate to any of your lists
2. Look for the Bulk add todos link below the input field
3. Click it to open the bulk add page
4. Paste or type your list (one item per line)
5. Click Add Items and you're done!

Your items will be added to the list in the same order they appeared in your text.

• Meeting Notes: Copy action items directly from your meeting notes
