We're excited to announce a highly requested feature that makes managing your tasks even more flexible: Calendar Feeds! You can now subscribe to your FreeTodoList due dates directly in your favorite calendar application.
While our existing RSS feeds are great for activity tracking, calendar feeds serve a different purpose. They help you:
This integration creates a seamless experience between your task management and calendar scheduling, helping you stay organized without constantly switching between apps.
Calendar feeds use the standard iCalendar format (ICS), which is compatible with virtually all calendar applications including Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, and more.
When you subscribe to a calendar feed:
The best part? It's all real-time and automatic — you don't need to manually sync or export anything!

Just like our RSS feeds, calendar feeds are protected with unique tokens. This means only you (or those you share the link with) can access your task information. We never share your feed URLs publicly.
Our new calendar feeds complement our existing RSS feeds:
Together, they provide a complete external connection to your FreeTodoList data.
Calendar feeds are available now for all FreeTodoList users. Log in to your account and visit the Feeds page to get started.
We're always looking for ways to make FreeTodoList more flexible and powerful for your productivity needs. Calendar feeds represent another step in our mission to provide a simple yet versatile task management system that adapts to your workflow.
Have you tried our new calendar feeds? How are you integrating FreeTodoList with your calendar? Let us know by sending feedback — we'd love to hear your experience!
Happy organizing!
